We endeavor to provide complete customer satisfaction by supplying quality products and services – which are produced by adhering to the specifications being offered, and supplied as per agreed delivery schedules.
We maintain nurture clean environment during our production operations. Being committed to the changing customers’ needs, we attempt continual improvement in performance standards at all levels. Technical upgradation, combined with development of our employees and vendors contribute in achieving the highest quality goals.
The quality assurance programme follows the laid down principles, ensuring checks & controls over various quality parameters of raw materials, intermediates & finished goods with complete traceability. The Quality Assurance (QA) team also actively participates in vendor development and in-house process development / improvement sessions ensuring efficiency in our operations.
In addition to the various instruments available in-house, the QA team, if required also uses additional resources available at group companies & research institutes like C C Shroff Research Institute (CCSRI), National Chemical Laboratories (NCL), Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) etc.
